Abbots Langley Tough Ten
The Abbots Langley Tough Ten takes place on 4 October 2026 at Manor House Grounds, Gallows Hill Lane, Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire. The event is run as a registered charity (No. 1163519) and raises funds to support local clubs, charities, school projects and individual beneficiaries.

The 10k course is accurately measured and runs along quiet lanes through the villages of Abbots Langley, Bedmond and Kings Langley. The start and finish are on grass; the remainder of the routes use tarmac roads. Road shoes are recommended. The course includes a notable hill in the final kilometre.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Age-group prizes are awarded for the first Under 9 boy and girl in the 1k, first Under 11 boy and girl in the 3k, first Under 15 boy and girl in the 5k, and first Under 18 boy and girl in the 10k. Prizes are also given to the first three men and the first three women, with leading veteran categories and team prizes for the 10k where teams of four score.
