Abbey Rose Foundation 5K Color Run & Kids Fun Run
The event in Fabens Park, Huron, Ohio, features a community 5 kilometer untimed color run and a separate kids 1 mile fun run on the same day. The 5K route runs through Fabens Park and continues on local roads through the Oklahoma neighborhood; there is no trail portion this year.
A color run format covers participants in colored powder at kilometer stations. Participants are often encouraged to wear white at the start to show the color effects. All proceeds from the event benefit the Abbey Rose Foundation.
Registration information lists a pre-registration fee for the 5K and a higher day-of fee, and a separate fee for the kids run. Registration opens on 06/05/2026 and closes on 08/07/2026. Packet pickup and day-of registration details are provided by the organizer.
Awards include a plaque for the top overall male and female in the 5K and medals for the top three males and females in each age group. All kids fun run participants receive a medal.
