9/11 Heroes Run - Raleigh, North Carolina
The 9/11 Heroes Run on September 5, 2026 is a community event held at Sugg Farm at Bass Lake Park, 2401 Girgsby Ave, Holly Springs, NC 27540. The event honors the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served since, and seeks to activate and unite communities while supporting local veterans, active duty personnel, first responders, and families of the fallen.
The program centers on a 5K distance offered in multiple divisions. Running divisions listed include PUSHER, RIDER (Honor Bib), Individual, and a category for Active Duty Military or First Responder. Rucking divisions offered through a partnership with TMF and GORUCK include Individual and Active Duty Military or First Responder categories. Rucking participants registered in the GORUCK division receive that year’s exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. A volunteer option is also part of the event structure.
Registration fees vary by division and some divisions have no fee.
