9/11 Heroes Run Annapolis
The 9/11 Heroes Run Annapolis takes place on September 13, 2026 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, 550 Taylor Ave., Annapolis, Maryland 21401, US. The event honors the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served since. It activates and unites communities and aims to empower local veterans, active duty personnel, first responders, and families of the fallen.

General registration for the run, ruck, and 1 mile opens May 26, 2026 and closes June 30, 2026. Listed registration fees are $36.00 for the 5K Run, $41.00 for the 5K Ruck, and $21.00 for the Brendan Looney Loop. Volunteer registration opens July 31, 2026 and continues through the event; volunteer registration is free.
The event partners with GORUCK to offer rucking divisions. Rucking is described as a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks.
