9 to 5K - Nashville
The 9 to 5K is a Dolly-inspired running tour through the heart of Nashville, held on September 5, 2026, in Nashville, TN. The event offers two primary distances and family-oriented activities, including a kids run and a finish line festival. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Every 5K and Stiletto Dash participant receives a finisher medal and a participant shirt at packet pickup and the finish line.
Registration is non-refundable and non-deferrable. Transfers are permitted: transfers between distances carry no fee but any price difference will be charged, and transferring registration to another individual incurs a $5 fee. On-site race day registration is available, and packet pickup details are to be determined.
The 5K has a one-hour time limit. Course layouts and start/finish lines may change at the discretion of local authorities. Restroom locations and first aid services will be provided on course as determined by organizers.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall and across multiple age divisions, including Youth (14 and under), Teen (15-19), Young Adults (20-29), Early Adults (30-39), Masters (40-49), Grandmasters (50-59), Seniors (60-69), Grand Seniors (70-79), and Grandest Seniors (80+).
