5K Run/Walk
The event is a 5K run or walk held at Hansen Keck Park in Welcome, Minnesota on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The course starts and ends at Hansen Keck Park. Costumes are welcome and the event includes community and family activities.
This is a fun run/walk only; there will be no chip timing. Registration fee is $25 per participant, with payment accepted by cash or check on the day of the event. Checks should be made payable to the Welcome Fire Dept. Relief Association. To be guaranteed an event T-shirt, registration must be completed by October 16.
Refreshments and snacks are provided after the 5K for participants. After the run/walk, the schedule continues with a pickleball tournament and a Trunk or Treat event for children and families, where children can collect treats and enjoy a Halloween-themed activity. The event supports the Welcome Fire Department Relief Association.
