5 Peaks - Heart Lake

The Event
This race is the fifth event in the 5 Peaks Ontario Trail Running Series. It takes place at Heart Lake Conservation Park in Ontario.
The Courses
Several distances are offered:
- Kid's Run: 3 km
- Sport Run or Hike: 7.5 km
- Enduro Run or Hike: 14.6 km
- Grit Run: 22.5 km
Race distances and maps are subject to change based on trail conditions up to the day of the race.
The Location
Heart Lake Conservation Area takes its name from a spring-fed kettle lake that is roughly shaped like a heart. The park features shaded trails and is known for its fall colours.
Practical Information
Free parking is available but limited. Washroom facilities are at the start/finish area. The event is cup-free: no cups are provided at the start, finish, or aid stations. Participants must carry their own receptacle for drinks. Dogs, headphones, strollers, and nordic walking poles are not allowed on the course.
