  • Kid's Race - ~1 km
  • Sport Run or Hike - 6.0 km
  • Enduro Run or Hike - 12.75 km
  • Grit Run - 16.4 km

The Sport course includes a mix of less technical and more technical sections. The Enduro course includes a technical add-on that passes two alpine lakes and many roots. The Grit course adds roughly 4 km to the Enduro option.

A non-competitive hiker division is led by pace leaders, starts one hour earlier than the regular field, and is intended for walking or hiking only; estimated finish times are about 2 hours for the Sport route and 3 hours for the Enduro route. The hiker division does not have a podium but participants are included in prize draws. Prohibited items on course include dogs, headphones, strollers or child carriers, and nordic walking poles.
