5 km de Lamèque
The 5 km de Lamèque is an athletic event held in Lamèque, New Brunswick. The competition focuses on a single distance:
- 5 km open to both members and non-members.
The course is characterized by a flat profile and follows an out-and-back format. The start location is situated at the Resto-bar la Roue du Capitaine. While the course is not officially certified, historical course records have been tracked since 2015.
Cash prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in both the women's and men's categories. The prize structure consists of:
- $100.00 for 1st place
- $50.00 for 2nd place
- $25.00 for 3rd place
