445 Crew Night Shift London 6K
445 Crew runs a monthly evening 6K community run through central London. The route begins at Big Ben / Parliament Square and follows the Thames, passing landmarks such as Westminster Bridge, the London Eye, Southbank Centre, Tate Modern, Millennium Bridge, Shakespeare's Globe and Tower Bridge before returning to Parliament Square. The distance is approximately 6K.
This is a community run rather than a race. The event is free. The organiser describes an atmosphere with music and group energy, and participants are expected to follow instructions from the 445 Crew team and look out for each other during the run.
Participants are asked to wear suitable footwear and clothing for running. Because the event takes place in the evening, visible or reflective running gear is recommended where possible. Runners should arrive hydrated and prepared to move.
The event emphasises moving together and experiencing London at night. It is held in person and uses public outdoor routes along the riverbank and central streets of London. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
