40K For Them

40K For Them is a community-focused sporting event held at 40 Knots Winery in Comox, British Columbia, celebrating Father’s Day while supporting WE CAN SHELTER, an initiative to build homes for the unhoused in the Comox Valley. The event features multiple distances and activities including a 40K bike ride, a 10K run, a 10K bike ride, and a 1K accessible walk, all starting and finishing at the scenic winery location. After the activities, participants can enjoy a community celebration with local wine, beer, cider, gourmet BBQ, and live music.
