Registration for both events opens and closes on 2025-11-28. The listed registration fees are $29.00 for the 4 Miler and $19.00 for the Kids Mile. Registrants who register by June 15 are guaranteed a Recover Brands tank top and a finisher medal.
The 4 Miler will be chip timed and results are available at the finish via a QR code on the bib or at the finish line. There is one water stop on course and porta-potties at the start/finish area. There is no bag check service. Medical services at the start/finish are provided by Novant Health.
Age group divisions run from 12 and under through 75 plus with overall and masters categories. The top three males and females in each division receive awards. An awards ceremony is scheduled approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher; unclaimed awards may be picked up at Run For Your Life Midtown. Registration fees are non refundable and non transferrable. Dogs are not allowed on course. Strollers and baby joggers are permitted and may receive a separate start.
