This event takes place on July 4, 2026 in SouthPark, Charlotte, at 4325 Barclay Downs Drive. It includes a four mile road race and a separate Kids Mile.
The race uses chip timing; participant results are based on each runner crossing the start and finish lines. Results are available at the finish via QR code scanning. There is one water stop on the course and porta potties at the start and finish area. There is no bag check service.
Packet pick up is available on site on race day and at three pickup locations the Thursday before the event at Midtown, Piper Glen, and University. Free parking is available at SouthPark Mall. Medical services at the start and finish are provided by Novant Health. Dogs are not allowed on the course. Strollers or baby joggers are permitted and may receive a separate start based on participant numbers.
Age group divisions include overall, masters, 12 and under, 13 to 18, and five year bands through 75 and over. The top three males and females in each division will receive awards; age group and overall winners are recognized at a post event awards ceremony approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
