The event takes place at Wetherall Village Hall in England on 04 April 2027 and offers two measured road race distances.

The route starts close to the Wheatsheaf Inn Wetheral and finishes at Wetheral Community Hall. The courses are officially measured and certified accurate by the Association of UK Course Measurers. The terrain is described as undulating, with approximate elevation changes of +233/-244 ft over the 5 mile course and +448/-460 ft over the 10 mile course. Races are run on quiet country roads and marshals are positioned to direct competitors.
Parking is limited onsite with additional spaces in surrounding streets; car sharing is recommended to limit disruption to the local community. A full course risk assessment, route maps, the race permit and the measurement certificate will be on display at event headquarters on race day.
Entry pricing varies by distance and booking date. The withdrawals policy states that refunds up until 4 March 2027 are subject to a 50% charge; after that date no refunds will be given. Prizes include overall male and female 1st to 3rd places and age group prizes with allocations based on the number of competitors in each category.
