2 PARKS TRAIL RUN 30K, 15K & 4 MILE
The event takes place on May 3, 2026 at Addison Oaks County Park in Leonard, Michigan. The course links Addison Oaks Park and Bald Mountain and finishes back at Addison Oaks. Trails consist of a mixture of single-track and wider dirt trails.
Distances offered include:
- 30K : 2 loops (approx. 18.6 miles)
- 15K : 1 loop (approx. 9.3 miles)
- 4 Mile : entirely inside Addison Oaks Park
The course now uses a new trail that connects the two parks and crosses Lake George Road; runners should be aware of vehicular traffic at that crossing. There is a published cut-off for the 30K that requires runners to begin the second loop by the event cutoff, and both longer distances have a 5.5 hour time limit.
Registration includes a choice of Next Level soft short sleeve shirt (gender specific) or adult unisex tech short sleeve shirt, a Boco Gear headband, a finisher medal, a reusable cup, access to aid stations, and a post-race party with sandwiches, chips and other items. Shirt size is not guaranteed after April 20.
Awards are given for the 15K and 30K across overall and age-group categories, and the 4 Mile has overall and masters awards. The event is capped at 300 slots. Parking at the park is free. Early packet pick up is available the day before at Hanson’s Running Shop and race day packet pick up is at the start/finish area. Dogs are not allowed on the course. Addison Oaks will close its mountain bike trails on race day; Bald Mountain remains open to all users. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
