4th Annual 10K With A Cop 5k, 10k or 2 Mile Community Fun Run/Walk
This community running event takes place on March 14, 2026, in downtown Modesto with the listed venue at 1010 10th Street, Modesto, CA. The event recognizes the accomplishments of over 1,000 youth who participated in the 10K With A Cop program and opens the course to the wider community. A race day expo is part of the event program.
The event includes multiple course options:
- 5K run
- 10K run
- 2 Mile fun run walk
Race finishes include finisher medals and race shirts for the 5K and 10K. The 2 Mile option is offered free and the first 500 pre registrants who complete the course receive a 2 inch finisher medal; shirts for the 2 Mile are available for purchase at the expo. Registration prices are shown as inclusive of mandatory charges and fees.
The 10K With A Cop program provides weekly training sessions where police officer mentors work with at risk youth to develop goal setting, physical fitness, self discipline, and positive relationships with local law enforcement.
