The course is described as an out and back route with a short segment listed at 0.78 miles and a 1.56 mile loop referenced. The 5K repeats that segment two times and the 10K repeats it four times. A course time limit of 2:00 hours applies.
Race procedures require prior registration on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. Packet pickup is available before the race and closes shortly before the start. All finishers receive a themed medal.
The event includes a themed costume element. Wearing a costume is encouraged but not required. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best costume award is presented at the start.
