Medal Madness 5K & 10K at Loyd H Roland Memorial Park, Akron, PA
The event takes place on September 19, 2026, at Loyd H Roland Memorial Park, 221 N 11th St, Akron, PA 17501. It includes two distance options: a 5K and a 10K.
The course is paved and organized as a repeated out-and-back loop. One loop measures 0.78 miles one way, which is 1.56 miles round trip. The 5K follows two round trips of this out-and-back loop and the 10K follows four round trips. Bathrooms are located at the pavilion by the starting line. The event enforces a course time limit of 2:00 hours.
All runners must register via RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. Packet pickup is provided prior to the race. Finisher medals are supplied and the event includes shirt and gear options, costume recognition, series points, and awards.
