US Road Running - Manheim

This running event takes place at the Lancaster Junction Trail in Manheim, Pennsylvania. The venue offers a shaded course consisting of compact gravel surfaces. Participants can choose between two main race distances:

10K

The competition follows an out-and-back format on a specific course segment. The 5K participants complete the out-and-back loop three times, while the 10K participants complete the same loop six times. A total course time limit of two hours is enforced for all participants.

Logistical facilities include bathrooms located in the parking lot area. Packet pickup is scheduled to begin 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the race. Registration is handled exclusively through RunSignup, as there is no option for on-site registration. All finishers are eligible to receive a medal upon completion of their distance.
