Event overview
The Viking 5K & 10K takes place on February 28, 2026, at Lancaster Junction Trail in Manheim, PA (99 Champ Blvd, 17545). The event offers two race distances:
- 5K - three repeats of the 1.04-mile out-and-back segment.
- 10K - six repeats of the 1.04-mile out-and-back segment.
All participants must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
The course is shaded and surfaced with compact gravel. A single out-and-back segment measures 1.04 miles; the 5K and 10K complete that segment multiple times to reach advertised distances. The event has a course time limit of 2:00 hours. Bathrooms are located in the parking lot. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start.
