The Pirate 5K and 10K take place on May 15, 2027, at 500 Callaway Parkway in Panama City, Florida.

Both distances use the same out-and-back loop measured at 0.78 miles. The 5K completes the loop twice and the 10K completes the loop four times. Each race has a time limit of 2:00 hours.
Registration is handled through RunSignup. Registration opened on January 5, 2022 and closes on May 15, 2027. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race.
