US Road Running - Westminster
The US Road Running event at Westminster takes place at Avondale Park. This athletic gathering is part of the US Road Running Race Series and offers two distinct distances for participants:
- 5K
- 10K
The course is designed as an out and back loop measuring 1.56 miles. Participants in the 5K event complete the loop twice, while those participating in the 10K cover the loop four times. There is a total course time limit of two hours for all participants.
All registration must be completed in advance through the online platform; there is no registration available at the event site. Packet pickup occurs on the morning of the event, beginning 30 minutes before the start and concluding 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the race.
Every finisher receives a medal upon completion of the course. The event also features an award for the best costume, though wearing a costume is not a requirement for participation.
