Pedal to the Medal 5K & Fishing Derby
This event takes place October 10, 2026 at Gross Lake, 185 Cherry Lane, Wooster, OH 44691. It includes a timed 5K run, a not timed fun walk, and a fishing derby.
Registration opens July 1, 2026. Registration for the 5K and the Fun Walk closes October 8, 2026; registration for the Fishing Derby closes October 9, 2026. Entry fees are $30 for the 5K and the Fun Walk and $5 for the Fishing Derby. Participants who sign up for the 5K or Fun Walk by September 26 are guaranteed a t-shirt.
Event awards for the 5K include overall male and female winners and male and female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in these age groups: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. The Fishing Derby offers prizes for most fish caught, smallest fish, heaviest fish, and longest fish.
