- 5 km walk
The course follows the foreshore and riverfront east from Westport Park, through Town Green and along the Breakwall to Town Beach and back. Runners complete an additional lap of the oval at the start and end of their run. Participants are asked to keep left along all pathways.
On-site event facilities include marquees for the event village and registration, food and coffee vendors, a breakfast BBQ, a DJ, face painting and colouring activities for children, and merchandise such as tutus and ribbon pins. Public amenities at Westport Park provide male, female and accessible toilets. The venue and course are wheelchair and pram friendly. Parking is available at the public car park accessed via Park Street, and car pooling is encouraged. Water fountains and course water stations are available; participants are advised to bring their own water. Run waves use chip timing provided locally; runners must check in at the Coastal Track and Trail Runners marquee to receive a timing chip. Dogs are allowed on leash.
