About the race
The Maratona da Europa in Aveiro is a multi-distance road event held in the city and region of Aveiro. The race was created in 2019 and is an internationally certified, flat and fast course that allows athletes to score for world rankings. Since 2023 the event holds a World Athletics Road Race Label.
