7-Meilen-Trail - Kaiserslautern

The 7-Meilen-Trail is a trail running event taking place in the Kaiserslautern Forest on September 28, 2025. Participants can choose between two distances: a long course of 7 miles (approximately 11.3 km) with an elevation gain of about 340 meters, and a shorter course of 4 miles (approximately 6.4 km) with around 130 meters of elevation. The event is entirely on forest paths, ensuring a natural and scenic running experience.
