Powerade Zúzmara Half Marathon and Running Festival

The event takes place in Budakalász around the Budakalászi Sportcsarnok and routes run by the Omszki Lake and past the Megyeri Bridge. It is organised in winter conditions, when weather can include sun, fog, wind, snow, rain or frost.

The half marathon course follows paths near the lake and includes three refreshment stations with a varied offering. The route is mostly on the bike path, with about 99 percent of the course separated from traffic and sections that reach the Duna riverside and cross an M0 bridge. Finishers receive a distinctive finish medal.

The shortest distance, 3.4 km, is presented as accessible for a wide range of participants including children and older adults. The 10 km provides a mid-distance winter challenge.
