Event Overview
The OCHSNER SPORT Zürich Marathon features the half marathon as part of the ZKB Zürilauf Cup series. The event takes place in an urban setting, utilizing a course that is 100% asphalted. The route is characterized by its very flat profile, with a total elevation gain of only 1 m.
The half marathon course covers a distance of 21.1 km. It starts at the Quaibrücke and leads participants along Lake Zurich towards Meilen before returning to the finish line located at Sechseläutenplatz. In addition to the main distance, there is a "Run for Fun" option.
