About the race
Zombie Run and Lurch is a zombie-themed running event in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 12, 2025. The race offers a 5K Run/Walk and a 1-Mile Fun Run along Towpath Trail starting at Clark Field in Tremont, with scenic views of Cleveland’s riverfront and the Monroe Street Cemetery. Participants are encouraged to dress as zombies or in their scariest outfits.
The event supports the Monroe Street Cemetery Foundation, a volunteer organization dedicated to preserving historic grounds, trees, headstones, and monuments. Dogs are welcome on short leashes.
