Reindeer Dash 5K & 1 Mile Walk
The Reindeer Dash is a seasonal running and walking event held on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in Henderson. The course runs from Cornerstone Park to the Pittman Wash Trail and includes a 5K run and a 1 Mile walk.
Participants are encouraged to wear holiday-themed attire such as ugly sweaters or festive costumes. Souvenir medals and dry fit t-shirts are guaranteed for the first 300 participants. The event is open to all ages and fitness levels.
Registration fees listed for the 2026 event are as follows:
- 5K run: $35 through November 12, $40 November 13 through December 11, $45 day of event.
- 1 Mile walk: $30 through November 12, $35 November 13 through December 11, $40 day of event.
Packet pickup takes place at Cornerstone Park near the concessions area on Thursday, December 10; Friday, December 11; and Saturday, December 12 with specified pickup windows on each day. A course map and additional event materials are available for participants.
