Young Life 5K - Davenport
The event includes a timed 5K race and a 1 mile family fun run held at Lindsay Park River Trail, 902 Mound St., Davenport, IA 52803. The 5K and the family run use a simple out and back course along the Davenport river trail, starting to the west from the meeting area. The course will be marked with signs, and there will be an aid station. At the turnaround spot an optional game will be available.
Results for the timed race will be available online immediately after the race. Registration fees are listed as $30 for the listed events. A map of the meeting and parking area is provided by the organizer.
After the races there will be music, food and drinks including cinnamon roll pancakes, and various games. There will also be brief remarks from several teens about how Young Life Davenport has impacted them. Participants may remain on site after the event to eat, listen, and take part in activities.
