You Yangs Off-Road Festival
The You Yangs Off-Road Duathlon and Trail Runs take place at You Yangs Regional Park on May 31, 2026. The event uses trails through granite peaks, forested single track and open viewpoints, presenting varied off-road terrain for competitors.
Event formats include both duathlon and stand-alone trail run options. Duathlon entries may be completed by an individual or by a two-person relay team. Every participant receives a finisher medal, and personalised race bibs are offered for early entries.
Distances and formats:
- Long Duathlon: 6 km run / 28 km mountain bike / 6 km run
- Short Duathlon: 3 km run / 14 km mountain bike / 3 km run
- Trail run: 10 km
- Trail run: 7 km
- Trail run: 4 km
The programme is presented as family friendly and professionally organised. Course descriptions highlight natural features of the You Yangs and a mix of single track and fire trail surfaces.
