Punk Panther Yorkshire Reservoir Dogs
Punk Panther Yorkshire Reservoir Dogs is a trail running event near Otley that follows routes around multiple reservoirs and upland features. The course passes Lindley Wood, Swinsty, Fewston, Thruscross, John O'Gaunt, Beaver Dyke and Scargill reservoirs; the longer route also includes Eccup. Areas of note on the trails include Stainburn Forest and Almscliffe Crag.

- 32 miles, climb 3500 feet, ITRA 2, UTMB Q50K
Checkpoints are provided on the longer courses and offer water, cola, energy bars and crisps. All ultramarathon entrants receive a tracker; half marathon and 20 mile entrants may hire a tracker for a fee. Taping and signage are used but runners must be prepared to navigate if tape is missing.
Registration is based at The Bridge Church in Otley and the event limits entrants to 200. Minimum age is 18. A basic mandatory kit list is enforced and random kit checks take place on course; required items include a waterproof jacket, sufficient fluids and nutrition, a survival or bivvy bag, whistle, map or route description and a mobile phone. Finishers receive a medal and an event T-shirt unless they opt out; food and hot drinks are available at the finish. Dogs are allowed to run subject to event rules but are not permitted inside the church. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
