The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place on Saturday 26 September 2026 at York Racecourse, Knavesmire Road, York YO23 1EX. The event offers multiple distance options and is organised as laps of a 2.5 km course. The organiser added three new obstacles, so the 5 km distance includes 30 obstacles. There are five music zones located around the course. Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car and bag drop is available for £3 per bag. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Dogs are not allowed.

Distances and obstacle counts:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Age rules: adults are 16 and over; children are 5 to 15 years. Children must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Spectators may watch from designated areas and must not enter the marked course or obstacles. A water station is placed midway along the route.
