XTERRA Quebec
XTERRA Quebec takes place at Manoir du Lac Delage and Empire 47, featuring a multi-day program of off-road sports. The event is part of the XTERRA World Tour and the XTERRA Trail Run World Series, offering qualification slots for world championship events. The courses utilize the trail networks in Eastern Canada, with various categories available for individual participants and teams.
The event includes several trail running and multisport options:
- 20 km Night Trail Half Marathon (TRWC Qualifier)
- 10 km and 5 km Night Trail Runs
- 1 km Kids Night Run
- Full Distance Triathlon: 1.5 km swim, 29 km bike, and 9 km run
- Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim, 14.5 km bike, and 4.5 km run
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 350 m swim, 13.5 km bike, and 4.5 km run
- Full Distance Duathlon: 1.5 km run, 29 km bike, and 9 km run
- Sprint Duathlon: 1.4 km run, 14.5 km bike, and 4.5 km run
- Super Sprint Duathlon: 350 m run, 13.5 km bike, and 4.5 km run
Athletes can access free clinics on-site, including run, transition, and mountain bike sessions. Refuelling stations are located along the bike and run courses, providing water and electrolytes. Participants are required to use a provided soft "speedcup" for hydration to reduce waste.
