XTERRA Quebec
XTERRA Quebec takes place at Manoir du Lac Delage and on the trail networks of Empire 47. As part of the XTERRA World Tour and the XTERRA Trail Run World Series, this event features a range of off-road sports challenges, including cross triathlon, duathlon, and trail running. The courses utilize the trail systems of Eastern Canada, offering individual and team categories for various experience levels.
The schedule begins with trail running events and a kids' night run on Saturday evening, followed by various multisport races on Sunday morning. To assist with preparation, the organizers provide free clinics focusing on open water swimming, mountain biking, and trail running skills. On-course hydration and nutrition stations are available, providing water, electrolytes, and energy snacks to participants.
The event includes the following race formats:
- Off-Road Triathlon (Full Distance, Sprint, Super Sprint)
- Off-Road Duathlon (Full Distance, Sprint, Super Sprint)
- Night Trail Runs (5 km, 10 km, 21 km)
- Kids Night Run (1 km)
Participants can find accommodation on-site at the Manoir du Lac Delage. Additional services include mountain bike rentals available through Empire 47 and wetsuit rentals provided by local partners.
