XTERRA Quebec
The XTERRA Quebec event takes place over several days at the Manoir du Lac Delage in Lac-Delage. It is part of the XTERRA World Tour and the XTERRA Trail Run World Series.

Night Trail Runs (July 11)
- 20 km Night Trail Half Marathon
- 5 km and 10 km Night Trail Runs
- 1 km Kids Night Run
Off-road Triathlon and Duathlon (July 12)
- Full Distance Triathlon (1.5 km swim, 31 km bike, 11 km run)
- Sprint Triathlon (750 m swim, 15 km bike, 5 km run)
- Super Sprint Triathlon (400 m swim, 12 km bike, 4 km run)
- Full Distance Duathlon (2 km run, 33 km bike, 10 km run)
- Sprint Duathlon (1 km run, 15 km bike, 5 km run)
- Super Sprint Duathlon (500 m run, 12 km bike, 4 km run)
Practical Information
The event offers individual and team relay registrations for most races. Aid stations with water, electrolytes, and snacks are available on the bike and run courses. Participant kits include a reusable soft cup (speed cup) for use at these stations.
Free pre-race clinics for running, mountain biking, and open-water swimming are offered. Mountain bike rental is available on-site.
Parking at the main site (P1) requires a fee and advance reservation. A free parking lot (P2) is located approximately 1.5 km from the event site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
