- Multisport (April 26): Full Distance Triathlon (1000m swim, 22K bike, 10K run), Sprint Triathlon (500m swim, 12K bike, 5K run), Paddle Triathlon (2000m paddle, 12K bike, 5K run), and a Duathlon (5K run, 12K bike, 10K run).
The swim for the triathlon events takes place in Robert Rooke Lake, described as a calm, spring-fed lake. The trail runs and mountain bike races utilize the forest's singletrack and rolling terrain. Several of the trail run and triathlon races are noted as qualifiers for the XTERRA Trail Run World Series and World Tour.

Packet pickup locations are specified for both the trail running day at Stokes State Forest and the multisport day at YMCA Camp Linwood MacDonald. The event uses chip timing, provides a t-shirt to participants who register in advance, and offers kayak or SUP rentals for the paddle triathlon.
