XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship
The XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship takes place from Mar 27 to 29, 2026 in Dunsborough, Western Australia, at Dunsborough Country Club. The event is part of the XTERRA World Tour and the XTERRA Trail Run World Series and includes off-road triathlons, trail running races, and kids events. The prize purse is listed as US$25,000 and World Championship qualification is available.

- Full Distance Triathlon: swim 1.5 km, bike 30.2 km, run 10.5 km
- Sprint Distance Triathlon: swim 750 m, bike 15 km, run 5 km
- Youth A and Kids Triathlon: swim 200 m, bike 5.8 km, run 2.6 km
- Groms Race: run 800 m, bike 1.2 km
- Trail Marathon: run 38 km
- Trail Half Marathon: run 21 km
- 10K Trail Run: run 10 km
Event activities across the weekend include community course sessions and practice, an expo village, race briefings, trailside talks, and an awards ceremony. Course grading is described as easy, intermediate, and difficult in different sections.
Triathlon competitors must hold an AusTriathlon license or purchase a One Day License; fees are shown as AUD $22.50 for Full Distance and AUD $12.50 for Sprint. A Full Distance entry includes race entry with GST, race and number plates, one Awards Dinner ticket for Full Distance athletes, an event gift for the first 400 Sprint and Full Distance athletes, post-race fruit, professional medical and water safety teams, electronic timing, and on-course photographers. Parking will be located on the Country Club fairways. Bike rental and support are available from the local shop Bike Shed. A wetsuit is recommended.
Refund and deferral policies note ACTIVE Refund as an optional add-on. Withdrawals made at least 23 days before the event are eligible for refund or deferral; entries withdrawn less than 23 days before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
