Wyandotte Firecracker 5K
The Wyandotte Firecracker 5K takes place on July 4, 2026 at the Theatre Lot at First and Elm in downtown Wyandotte, Michigan. The event is organized by Conz Productions.
Distances:
- 5k - 3.1 miles
- 200 meter dash for ages 5 to 10
Registration opens March 24, 2026. The early registration fee for the 5k is $40 through June 14; the fee increases to $45 from June 15 through race day. Registrations completed by June 15 are guaranteed a race T-shirt. Registrations after June 15 will still receive a medal, but T-shirts will not be available. Participants who register within five days of the race are not guaranteed a medal.
Packet pickup is scheduled for the Wyandotte Night Markets on Saturday, June 27 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Theatre Lot at the corner of 1st Street and Elm Street in downtown Wyandotte. Bibs will also be available for pickup on race day for those unable to attend the market pickup.
Volunteer opportunities are available to support event operations. In honor of Independence Day, five dollars from each registration fee will be donated to a local veterans organization chosen from a provided list. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
