WSE Titan UP 5K
The WSE Titan UP 5K is a community running event in Goldsboro, North Carolina, centered at Wayne School of Engineering, 801 North Lionel Street. The main event is a 5K run that follows residential streets and returns to the school for the finish. The course is mostly flat with a few small hills.
The event program includes an on-site Fun Run and a Virtual 5K option. Timing for the event is provided by Run The East, LLC. RaceJoy is available for live phone tracking, GPS progress alerts, send-a-cheer features, and virtual results for the virtual event.
Registration fees listed for the event include an early 5K rate and a later 5K rate; the early 5K registration includes a race T-shirt while late registration does not. Fee amounts are published for the Fun Run and the Virtual 5K as well.
Awards apply to the 5K only and recognize Top Overall male and female finishers plus the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: under 9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
