Wroxham 5k
The Wroxham 5k is a Norfolk County Championship race held in Wroxham. The course is described as fast and benefits from a partial road closure, creating a competitive environment and offering an opportunity to set a 5k personal best.

Entrants must be at least 12 years old on race day. Buggies, dogs and headphones including bone conducting types are not permitted; any runner found wearing them will be disqualified in accordance with England Athletics rules. There is a cut off time of 50 minutes because of the road closure.
Medals are awarded to all finishers at the finish line. Prizes are awarded to overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female. First place awards are also given in age bands for male and female competitors; overall winners are excluded from age graded results. Presentations take place on the day once official results are confirmed and prizes not collected on the day will be forfeited.
Race numbers are available for collection at Catton Parkrun and Sportlink in the weeks before the event and from Race HQ on the eve of the race; numbers can be posted for a fee of £2. Refreshments and ice creams will be available. Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred but transfers to another runner are allowed until 17/06/2026.
