Event overview
The Worthing Half Marathon takes place on 3rd May 2026 and starts and finishes on the seafront next to Worthing Pier, with the event base in Beach House Grounds, Worthing BN11 2EJ. The route is fully road closed and is described as flat on road terrain. The event is RUN ENGLAND licensed (Licence ID: 28236). Multiple related races run on the same day:

Every entrant receives a bespoke medal, a male or female cut technical T-shirt, a goody bag and post-race snacks and drinks. Official chip timing is used and pacemakers are provided. A music after-party is held in Beach House Grounds.
Race details and entry
Minimum age is 17 years on race day. The course is fully marshalled and has full professional first aid cover. A sweep marshal will assist athletes who do not complete the course. Water stations are located at 4 miles, 7 miles and 9.5 miles. Prize gift cards are awarded to male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd places (£75, £50, £25 respectively).
Race entries are not transferable and not deferrable. A full refund is available only within 14 days of payment; after this there are no refunds, deferrals to the next year or transfers to another runner.
