Worthing Runfest
Worthing Runfest takes place on 2 May 2027 and has been held annually since 2015. The event comprises three races that run along the seafront, passing Worthing Pier, on fully road closed routes that are described as pancake flat.
The races are:
- Worthing Half Marathon
- Worthing 10K
- Worthing Family Mile
Both the 10 km and half marathon courses are accurately measured to IAAF standards and the event is licensed by RUN ENGLAND (Licence ID: #28236). Official chip timing is used and finishers receive a bespoke medal and a male or female cut technical t shirt. The event also provides a goody bag, post race snacks and drinks, and a music after party in the Beach House grounds.
The event lists Yeomans Toyota among its supporters and includes local partners and suppliers such as a running store and local solicitors. Volunteer roles are used to staff race positions including marshals, baggage, water stations and finish line support. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
