Worthing Runfest Half Marathon

The Worthing Runfest Half Marathon is part of the Worthing Runfest weekend held on 3rd May 2026. The event has been organised annually since 2015 and is presented by the RUN-FEST team with support from Yeomans Toyota and other local partners.

The half marathon course starts and finishes on the seafront next to Worthing Pier and is described by the organisers as taking place on fully closed roads that are very flat. Both the 10 km and half marathon courses are measured to IAAF standards and the event holds a RUN ENGLAND licence (Licence ID: #28236). Official chip timing records finish results and finishers receive a gender-cut tech t-shirt and a bespoke medal. The event also provides a goody bag and post-race snacks and drinks, and there is a music after-party in the Beach House grounds.

Volunteer roles include welcome marshals, course marshals, baggage stewards, water station staff and finish line assistants. The festival also includes shorter options suitable for families and children.
