Woodstock Warrior : Seven Bends State Park, Woodstock VA
Woodstock Warrior is a looped trail event held at Seven Bends State Park near Woodstock, VA. The course is a roughly 10 mile loop of mixed terrain that includes gravel roads, two track dirt roads, and some single track trail, with about 1600 ft of gain per loop.

Cutoffs and progression are time based. The 10 mile has a 4 hour cutoff. The 50k has a 10 hour cutoff and requires meeting the 10 mile cutoff to continue. The 50 mile has a 15 hour cutoff and requires meeting prior cutoffs. The 100 mile has a 33 hour cutoff and requires meeting prior cutoffs. The Last Man Standing Ruck has no cutoffs but participants must start their final lap before the 25 hour mark; if more than one finishes, the most miles determines the winner.
Pacer and support rules vary by distance. No pacers are allowed for the 10 mile and 50k. Pacers for the 50 and 100 may join after the third loop and must not provide physical assistance or carry runners gear.
Race logistics note that dropping from the race must be declared at one of two aid stations; no on course retrieval is provided unless there is a medical emergency. The event is cup less; participants should bring a personal hydration vessel or use community cups. Finish awards include buckles for 100 mile finishers and medals for other finishers.
