Vestrum Women’s Fun Run & Walk : 2026
The Vestrum Women’s Fun Run & Walk is an annual, community event organised by the Bunbury Runners Club for women and girls. The event follows a course around Leschenault Inlet with both the start and finish located at Queens Gardens. This edition marks the twentieth running and is presented with major sponsorship from Vestrum Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Proceeds will support local beneficiaries, including Harbour Refuge and the Nixi families drivers program.
Distances offered:
- 10 km open run or walk
- 5 km open run or walk
- 10 km junior run or walk (ages 14–17)
- 5 km junior run or walk (ages 8–17)
Entry fees differ by category and age. Registrations open on 15 July 2026. Event merchandise includes a new-design T-shirt available for pre-order at a set price until 1 September; limited stock may be available later. Donations of new clothing and footwear for local families are requested and can be brought to training sessions or bib pick up.
The event is female only for participants aged 8 and over; babies in prams are permitted. The course is wheelchair accessible with some grassed sections. Online entries are required and refunds are not offered because proceeds are intended for donation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
