2026 Vestrum Women’s Fun Run & Walk
The Vestrum Women’s Fun Run & Walk is an annual noncompetitive event organised by Bunbury Runners Club to encourage women and girls to be more active and to support local beneficiaries. The 2026 event is the 20th running and will donate proceeds this year to Habour and Nixi families drivers program.
The course runs around the Leschenault Inlet and uses Queens Gardens for the start and finish. The event includes a short sprint for children aged about 2 to 7 years held on the grass at Queens Gardens; gold coin donations are invited for that dash.
Distances and entry categories:
- 10 km open run or walk for 18 years and over
- 5 km open run or walk for 18 years and over
- Junior 10 km run or walk for ages 14 to 17
- Junior 5 km run or walk for ages 8 to 17
Entry fees are stated for each category. Registrations open 15 July 2026 and entries are accepted online only. The event requests donations of new clothing and footwear for local beneficiaries; examples include underwear, leggings, T-shirts, sun hats, shoes and infant onesies. A limited event T-shirt is available for pre-order with a stated price and pickup options are provided prior to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
