Event overview
The Bunbury 3 Waters Running Festival takes place on 12 April 2026 in Bunbury, Western Australia. It is the 44th running of the Bunbury Marathon and Half Marathon. The event hub, including bib pick up and the athletes village, is at the Bunbury Recreation Ground / Bunbury Runners Club (1 Ocean Drive, Bunbury).
Courses are distance-certified and route around three local waterways: the Leschenault Inlet, Koombana Bay, and the Indian Ocean. The course also passes through the Bunbury Big Swamp Nature Reserve.

Registration fees listed for 2026 include $132 for the marathon, $88 for the half marathon, $66 for the 10 km, $44 for the 5 km, $38.50 for the junior 10 km, and $27.50 for the junior 5 km. A merchandise-only option is also offered. Withdrawal refunds are tiered: 75% refund eight or more weeks before the event, 50% refund four to seven weeks before, and no refund less than four weeks before the event. Group entries are available for groups of 10 or more, and the largest group entry receives a prize pack.
