Women's Distance Festival - Springfield
The Women's Distance Festival is a women and girls running event held in Washington Park in Springfield, Illinois. The event includes a live two mile run or walk, a virtual two mile option, and an untimed Kids Fun Run for children age 12 and under.

The live event permits strollers but does not allow pets due to insurance liability. There is a no refund policy; if the live race cannot be held as planned, registrants will be converted to the virtual option. Race shirts are guaranteed only for participants who registered by June 17; additional shirts and swag will be distributed while supplies last.
Finish area provisions include bottled water, bananas, and snacks. Race results will stream live during the morning and will be available through the event's results service. Participants who opted in during registration may receive a text message with their time after finishing. Age group awards will be presented following the race; virtual participants are not eligible for age group awards.
Curbside packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Springfield Running Center with a drive up process. Limited race day packet pickup will be available in Washington Park in the morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
