The bike is an open-road circuit from the leisure centre toward Mayford, with laps between Mayford and Jacobs Well. SuperSprint completes one lap, Sprint completes two laps. The course is described as mostly flat with a few inclines.
The run is a lapped route within Woking Park, about 80% tarmac and 20% hard-packed trail, passing through the park centre multiple times.
