Course and event details
The swim takes place in a six-lane competition pool operated by Freedom Leisure, using a snake-style start; swims over 300m begin with the first 150m in lane 1. Entrants provide expected swim times for seeding. The bike is an open-road circuit between Mayford and Jacobs Well with laps (one lap for SuperSprint, two for Sprint) and is mostly flat with a few short inclines. The run is a lapped course in Woking Park, about 80% tarmac and 20% hard-packed trail, passing the park centre multiple times and providing spectator viewing areas. Junior competitors can score in the TESE Junior Race Series under regional membership rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
