Woking Spring Triathlon & Junior Aquathlon
The Woking Spring Triathlon & Junior Aquathlon takes place at the Woking Leisure Centre, utilizing Woking Park and the surrounding open roads. The event features multiple swim, bike, and run combinations for different age groups and experience levels.
The swim portion is held in a six-lane competition pool. Participants complete a snake-style swim, starting in a seeded order based on their estimated swim times. For distances over 300m, swimmers use the first lane for 150m before snaking through the remaining lanes.
The cycling stage consists of an open-road course heading towards Mayford. Athletes complete a flat circuit between Mayford and Jacobs Well, with the number of laps determined by the chosen distance. The run takes place within Woking Park on a lapped course composed of 80% tarmac and 20% hard-packed trail paths.
