Wishing Flower Walk and 5K
The Wishing Flower Walk and 5K is scheduled at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on August 23, 2026. The event includes in-person running and walking options, a kids dash for children age 12 and under, a supporter category, and a virtual option labeled National Walker with registration closed.

Registration and fees are listed for each category. Standard in-person race fees are thirty five dollars for the 5K and the 1 Mile and twenty dollars for a supporter wristband. Participants receive a short-sleeved t-shirt and post-race refreshments, and the race fee includes zoo admission for the day when the event wristband is collected at registration. Children who run in the Dandelion Kids Dash receive a cape. Zoo membership does not allow entrance during the event; registered participants or supporters must have a valid wristband.
