The Wise Villa Wine Run 5k is an annual event on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Wise Villa Winery in Lincoln, California. It is a chip-timed run or walk event.
Location & Course
The event is held at Wise Villa Winery, a family-owned estate vineyard and winery located in the Sierra Foothills of Placer County. The course starts and finishes at the winery. It is a 5k route consisting of two loops around the property, described as offering views of the winery and surrounding area. The course terrain is noted to be hilly and uneven.
Registration & Participation
Registration includes a t-shirt, a plastic wine tumbler, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, a race bib, online results, and a pour of wine for participants of legal drinking age. There is a discounted registration option for participants aged 1-20, which excludes the wine glass and wine pour. The event is timed by J3 Timing.
Additional Information
Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each category. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to the uneven ground. The event is not dog-friendly, except for service animals. Free race photos are available for download. Parking at the winery is limited.
