Wirral 10K
The Wirral 10K is a road race organised by BTR Liverpool that starts and finishes on Ian Fraser Walk in New Brighton. The start and finish area is located behind the main supermarket car park beside the Bubbles Play facility. The course is described as one of the flattest in the area and runs toward the 5 km point with the halfway point just before the Seacombe Ferry terminal.
The outward section gives clear views of the Liverpool city skyline. Vehicle access to the event area on race day is via Harrison Drive, as the south end of New Brighton is closed to traffic. Race day parking is available on Coastal Drive near the start and finish area.
