Winnipeg 10 & 10 is an event presented by Herc’s Nutrition and produced as part of Manitoba Marathon activities. It takes place on September 13, 2026, with start and finish at the South Rotunda of the Manitoba Legislative grounds.

Organizers note a new route for 2026; the 10 km and 10 mile courses are certified for 2026. All distances are timed. Registration opens June 24, 2026.

Race kit pickup is at Soul Sanctuary, 2050 Chevrier Blvd, on specified days before the event; all kits must be collected prior to race day and there is no race day pickup. All participants receive a long sleeve race shirt and a medal.

Strollers are permitted only on the 5 km course; both the adult and the child in the stroller must be registered. A bike valet service will be available on event day courtesy of Bike Winnipeg. Parking is available free of charge in the Canada Life employee parking lot; spaces marked "reserved 24 hours" are not for event parking and vehicles may be towed. Street parking is free on downtown streets on Sundays, though Granite Way and Westminster Ave. will be closed for the race.

Age-group awards for Men, Women and Non-Binary categories are given in five-year bands from 19 & under up to 85+ and are based on chip time. Awards for top three individuals in each group are mailed.
