This App Run takes place in San Francisco, United States, with local meeting at Warming Hut Park Store Parking. The local course consists of circles around Crissy Field. The event is accessible for wheelchair participants.
The format uses the Wings for Life World Run mobile app and a Virtual Catcher Car as a moving end to each participant's race instead of a fixed finish line. The Catcher Car departs 30 minutes after the start at 14 km/h and steadily increases speed until the last participants are caught.
